Run a ruler slowly along some railings.

Listen to the scraping noise you get.

Now do it quickly.

Fantastic 4

Today the fantastic 4 group went out to the playground to see how sound can travel in high pitch and low pitch. So when we got out side we had two rulers with us and one of us dragged it slowly along the railing and other dragged it fast. It showed us that if you drag it slowly it is low pitch and if you drag it fast it is loud pitch.
