12 October 07 - 19:32My New Rabbit

A few days ago I got a new little rabbit. I got the rabbit from my cousin because she does not play with it. I called my rabbit Thumper. Thumper is a lovely light brown colour with a small white tail and some black stripes. He is very, very greedy he eats all day long. I give him carrots, leafs, cabbage, lettuce, grass and sometimes apples. I clean his hutch out once a week nd put new hay and sawdust in his cage. My dad made him a big square cage with wire netting around it for him to run about in. Thumper is a great rabbit and I have taught him a few tricks such as run up and down which he does when I made a crumbling noise because he thinks its food and gets excited and I have also taught him to give me kisses.
Thumper is a brilliant pet and I hope he will continue being good!

11 October 07 - 13:40Tetrahedron

A couple of days ago P7 M and P7S had good news and bad news. The good news was that a woman came in to make a tetrahedron but the bad news was that only one class could do it. So our headteacher put our class names on two bits of paper then one of our teachers picked a hand and it was our class!
First we went into the gym hall and the woman showed us how to make little tetrahedrons we made lots and lots of small tetraherdrons then we got into groups of 4. Then we got 4 small tetrahedrons and put them all together with ealastics then it was the last bit. We got some big people in our class and put all the tetrahedrons together to make one big giant tetrahedron. The big tetrahedron was 5 metres tall. We got to walk through the tetrahedron and so did Skippy. Then we got a picture taken with it. It was really fun!
