Primary Five are going to make a podcast on the Romans.
We did a brainstorm to think about all the subjects we could talk about.
All the groups got a subject each.
We wrote our scripts on a big piece of paper.
We will start recording our podcast soon.

On Wednesday Barlanark primary four Children came to visit Sandaig primary four. All the children came together and we got split into eight groups; a, b, c, d, e, f, g and h. We all had a badge with our name and the group letter. The groups were mixed.
First a, b, c and d went to the gym and the rest stayed in the class.
In the gym first we played battleships. In battleships you have to kick a ball and hit a cone. The first time you shout 'boom' then you shout 'bang' then you shout 'boom bang sunk!'
Then we played football. Mark and Greg the football coaches come from Celtic and Rangers.
Back in the class the other groups made popup cards.

After that we swapped over.
We liked the Barlanark children coming over, we saw the children we knew and made new friends.

Every Friday we get Mr. Douglas (Martin) in for music lessons for an hour. We have been doing the music lessons for 2 weeks and we have still got the rest of the term to go.

The instruments we used were a boomwangers. Tata tetey terry are the notes we have been learning. Martin holds cards up and they have ta te tettetet on them, and we need to clap them out and say them.
We all enjoy going to the music lessons and have a great time.

We were recording recounts that people in p6 wrote about things they did at Glencoe.
We used a laptop and microphone to record the peoples voices and the laptop was used to save the data.
We have 8 groups to record and 2 groups have been recorded.
The first groups topic was the intro and the second one was called the forest walk.
We hope to record the other 6 groups tomorrow.
And we have got some pictures of what we did.
Bye
