I wrote my story and Mrs Clark helped me, I asked to stay in at playtime and fix it. After playtime I read out my story to my class. Mrs Clark said my story was good and to type it up! I typed it up but I didn’t get to finish it but I had to fix wee bits of it.I typed it up today and I finished it . I hope you enjoy reading it.
The Elephant Train

On Wednesday the 10th of March the whole of Primary 5 and 6 went to the Science Centre, and had lots of fun! I really liked the 3D mirror, it was weird. You put your hand in and saw it coming back at you. There was also two satellites, one at one end and one at the other. You talked into one end and the person at the other one heard you. I thought the lab was the coolest you had to do experiments on windmills.

Sandaig have walked together around the whole of Scotland! We have completed the Scottish stride. We loved it and are going to keep doing it. I wonder where we might walk around next? Primary 5 finished it and got to colour the last couple of feet.

On 24th or February p7 went to the Strathclyde Police Station. We went with F.A.R.E. and we had a great time. We learned all about the police in the past. We found out that you could only be a Chief Constable for 5 years and that a man in 1810 discovered that everyone had their own fingerprint. We looked at gang fighting weapons , Gasmasks , old forged money , old id cards and the old police uniforms. We thought that the museum was an inspiration and we enjoyed it so much.

Some girls from primary 5 and primary 7 took part in the East End Dance Active Festival.
We have been rehearsing for just two weeks! It was fantastic fun. There were lots of different primary and secondary schools there. Our favoutite dancers were Swinton Primary. We really liked the hip hop acts.
We are going to keep dancing to get even better!
